Hello and welcome to Profit Guide Accountants Ltd.

We are a small firm of accountants, beavering away on the Essex/Suffolk border, looking for lovely people to join our happy group of clients. We love to work with local businesses whether you’re based in or around one of our local towns of Halstead, Sudbury, Haverhill or Braintree, or further afield throughout Essex, Suffolk or Cambridgeshire. Don’t worry though, with technology as it is we have  clients from all over the country, so anywhere is still fine with us.

We don’t just want to be another Accountancy company. We set up Profit Guide Accountants with the goals of creating a friendly, easy to understand, but also professional company.

Our clients are really important to us, and we want them to enjoy the experience of chatting with their accountants. It shouldn’t be a chore, akin to going to the Dentist!

We have a Keep It Simple approach, and we’ll help guide you through the maze of business accounting, using simple terms and explaining at length anything you don’t (or don’t want to)  understand!

Our pricing is simple too. We have a range of packages for most company sizes, from small startups, through to well established businesses. The main services we offer are fixed price, on a pay monthly basis. No more large nasty bills for you!

We don’t just see our clients on a yearly basis, but take the time and effort to really get to know you, what you want to acheive and help keep you on course to acheive your business goals.
